Mechanical Polishing

We offer mechanical polishing services to improve surface finish and cleanability, and reduce product adhesion to meet the most stringent requirements. Using mechanical tools and progressively finer abrasives, we can polish stainless steel parts to your specified RA values. Our precision polishing equipment allows us to provide ultra fine finishing for high purity pharmaceutical applications.

Electropolishing

Electropolishing is the removal of contaminants and particulate matter on surfaces using an electro-chemical reverse plating process. This involves submerging parts in a chemical bath and applying an electrical current, which allows us to monitor the removal of impurities and imperfections, creating a precisely uniform surface, as well as improving the corrosion resistance of your parts. With oversized tanks, we are capable of accomodating your larger stainless steel parts.
