UN Design Qualification Testing

1. Any new design up to 119 gallons (non-bulk packaging)
2. Any old design with the following changes
   1. Specific Gravity of Product
   2. Type of thickness of material
   3. Fitting size or placement
   4. Valve configuration change (size, type etc...)
   5. EXCEPTIONS - Same configuration but:
      1. Lesser Capacity
      2. Finish
      3. Change in Skirt type
3. Costs
   1. Customer must purchase three (3) additional vessels at negotiated selling price for the following tests:
      1. Vibration Test - Outside Lab
      2. Stack Test - APC
      3. Drop Test - APC
      4. Reports remain on file for five (5) years
   2. Customer MUST furnish three (3) sets complete sets of closure devises (valves, crossovers, caps etc.) which replicates a typical shipping configuration of a filled vessel. Valves will be returned to the customer.
   3. Customer MUST furnish a schematic of the closure devices assembled to the vessel.
   4. Testing Costs - these are in addition to the purchase of the 3 additional vessels
      1. 9" diameter - $950.00
      2. 12" diameter - $1,000.00
      3. 18" to 24" - $1,950.00
      4. 30" diameter - POA
