UN Periodic Qualification Testing

Any design which has not been tested within the last 12 months.

Date is from last testing date to new test date.

1. Customer must purchase one (1) additional vessel at negotiated selling price for the following tests:
   1. Stack Test - APC
   2. Drop Test - APC
   3. Reports remain on file for five (5) years
2. Customer MUST furnish one (1) set of closure devices (valves, crossovers, caps etc.) which replicates a typical shipping configuration of a filled vessel. These will be returned to customer.
3. Customer MUST furnish a schematic showing the assembly of the closure devices to the vessel.
4. Testing costs
   1. 9" diameter - $400.00
   2. 12" diameter - $450.00
   3. 18" to 24" - $750.00
   4. 30" diameter - POA
