Alloy Products' standard ASME pressure vessels have been a mainstay in a diverse range of applications and industries for decades. APC responds to your demand for these versatile vessels with a large inventory of pre-tested, in-stock models in a wide array of sizes.

Standard Features

  • Available in type 304 or 316L low-carbon stainless steel (model 72-1.4 available from stock in 316L only).
  • Four 1/4"-18 NPT female pipe fittings in top head.
  • White pickle finish or electropolished.
  • A stainless-steel skirt with removable rubber boot is standard on all stock ASME vessels.
  • Standard closures feature a straightforward, reliable design proven through years of use.
  • "Wide-mouth" closures allow for easier filling and simpler cleaning and inspection - especially useful when handling high-viscosity or high-purity materials.
  • Alloy Products vessels fully comply with the requirements of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) for Unfired Pressure Vessels, Section VIII, Division 1.

In addition to our stock vessels, Alloy Products offers a full array of custom configurations, designed specifically for your application. Available in 9", 12" or 18" diameters, with a total volume range of from 3.8 to 141.5 liters (1 to 37.4 gallons), APC can design, create, and fabricate a wide variety of high-quality vessels to your exact specifications. Options such as full-vacuum closures, level controls, sight tube gauges, and sanitary pressure relief valves can be integrated to fit your unique application.
